How do you describe your company?
We're an End-to-End Creative Studio, established to deliver premium Film and Stills projects for leading brands. Our ambitious team excels in developing creative concepts and executing full-service or modular productions.
What's attractive about your company from a new director's point of view?
We prioritise a creative-first approach, enthusiastically seeking opportunities to engage with new talent and dedicating time weekly to build those connections. Where possible we put forward emerging director talent, allowing the younger generation a chance to share their work and ensuring diversity across projects. Our process involves thoughtfully pairing directors with brands, ensuring their styles and personalities align for the perfect match. We aim to showcase the directors' true potential to clients while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, ensuring they never feel isolated. When a director has a strong idea and a passion for working with a particular brand, we actively help them connect and bring their vision to life.
Do you have diversity initiatives at your company, what are they?
We recognise the importance of fostering diversity and inclusivity, and we are actively taking steps to educate ourselves and build meaningful initiatives as we grow. Looking ahead, we are excited to join Shiny and are proud to announce that we will host Ireland’s first Shiny Showcase in Q2 2025, an event where we aim to invite and include participants from a wide range of backgrounds to celebrate emerging creative talent. We view this as the start of a larger commitment to diversity and inclusion in our company and industry.
