Pavilion Works keeps a directors contacts book - it’s good on gender & ethnicity, we are always looking to maintain that and to make it more diverse in other dimensions

P.W operate crew diversity quotas and monitor this
P.W run regular portfolio reviews to give detailed feedback to new, up-and-coming directors
As members, Pavilion Works help offset the cost of free entries for hard-to-reach filmmakers who Shiny access via Mama Youth, Brixton Finishing School, Creative Mentor Network, LSA & ELAM, and the cost of free entries we give to university & college students worldwide.
Pavilion Works also give their time on the Awards jury panels and donate Awards’ prizes.
