I work with directors on & off-roster, creating/presenting opportunities, focusing on established creatives and developing creatives.
Diversity Leadership:
As a Shiny member, we are supporting free entries for Shiny’s education & training partners (Mama Youth, Brixton Finishing School, Creative Mentor Network, LSA, ELAM and universities & colleges worldwide).
Also as we are on the jury panel for the Shiny awards, we donate prizes to support new & diverse filmmakers.

It was her 1st special project job which entailed music videos within a short film format. She really delivered in telling the story the artist wanted to portray whilst highlighting her visual abilities for someone so young into her directing career she done the job and herself justice.
