What does your company do?
FORM is a talent led creative production studio. We offer creative services as well as production and are also a Production company with a mainly exclusive director roster.

As well as offering support across production and post production, we are passionate about our director growth. We pay special attention to creating a strategy for your personal brand, working together as a team to get you where you want to be. We want you to tell the stories you are passionate about and work with the brands you love!
Diversity Leadership:
As a small internal team we are a 50/50 split between male and female. When we have the opportunity to grow ensuring we are bringing people from a diverse backgrounds as possible will be a prominent agenda for us.
A diverse and varied roster has been a big agenda for us but we are always looking to improve our DE&I
As Shiny members, we are supporting free entries for Shiny’s education & training partners (Mama Youth, Brixton Finishing School, Creative Mentor Network, LSA, ELAM and universities & colleges worldwide).
Also as we are on the jury panel for the Shiny awards, we donate prizes to support new & diverse filmmakers.
