What kind of work do you do?
Caviar is an independent, format-agnostic film production company based in Los Angeles, London, Brussels, Paris, and Amsterdam. Internationally recognised for its high-quality output and roster of world-class directing talent and producers, Caviar has created some of the most standout films across the narrative, commercial, branded entertainment and music video landscapes.
We approach creative holistically: if it's visual, we can produce it. No matter where it takes place, shoots, or airs, we’re a soup-to-nuts solution. We’re here to make good work great and turn any idea, no matter how big or small, into something tangible. We support the vision and development of artists, collaborating to make exciting and innovative award-winning content.
Do you have diversity initiatives at your company, what are they?
At CAVIAR we are committed to increasing diversity across our workforce. We are a diverse organisation and want to ensure that diversity and inclusion is ingrained into everything we do, that it is embedded in our culture. Our strategy focuses on gender, race, sexual orientation and disability. We also want to ensure that we are offering fair access to the industry and opportunities for people from more diverse socio-economic backgrounds. We have made a commitment that at least 50% of our crews on every production are a mix of under-represented groups. This should apply across all departments and at varying levels of seniority.
