“…I am firm believer in craft and this spot is packed full of it. I would love to see a making of. Get into the layers of how this was made. Personally would have loved to have worked on it.
The intricate level of detail in the characters in their look, movement and overall performance throughout is wonderful.
It’s executed flawlessly. Love the look and feel of the environment they’re in. The storytelling is brilliant, from the courier driving through wet puddle in the opening shot right the way through the reprise at the end. It’s a great watch and puts a smile on your face throughout.
In terms of recommending it to others, I will be sharing it with everyone. It’s great…” James Southward 180 Amsterdam
CLOUD SAFE
Apiwat Pattalarungkan
“…Apiwat’s sharp direction brings a playful, creative touch to this film, showcasing their ability to craft character-driven stories that entertain and resonate with audiences. The personification of pictures is a clever concept, well-suited to today’s culture of obsessive visual documentation, particularly among parents. The storytelling strikes a perfect balance between charming and quirky, avoiding the trap of over-sentimentality through its artistic cinematography and tone. The cohesive visual palette and music enhance the film’s appeal, making it a memorable and engaging piece that lingers with viewers and prompts reflection. Congratulations Apiwat.…”

ELEVATING EVERY JOURNEY: FLOYD
Jasper Cable-Alexander
“…... A super intriguing innovative story told with great charm and whimsy... Wonderful surprises unfold with every scene.. love the conceit of a large macho man making tiny dainty dioramas. Craft is wonderful great colour and texture. The design is superb too. Fab costumes interiors and tea service! On second viewing there are extra treats and the script is witty and subtle. The full package really. Would highly recommend.…”

GRADE A STUDENTS
Cameron Perry
“…A GRADE STUDENTS - A Grade Students is a brilliantly crafted and fun short film. The script feels fresh, with sharp dialogue embellished with a great cast and well-directed performances. The visual style of the cinematography, composition and animation creates a world of cartoonish teenage drama that is fun from beginning to end. I’d love to see what happens to Miss. Westaway and what Cameron Perry makes next. One to watch!…”

“…A really powerful and important message, illustrated in an emotional film that grabs you from the off.
Perfectly casted with really natural and relatable performances. You connect with the characters while you’re watching and it’s really nicely edited and crafted in sound and grade
Cleverly book ended in how the characters meet and how the message is landed
Really takes you on a journey. Loved it.…”
